Race Day

When you are training to run marathons or other running events long, it is important to plan for not only their daily training regiments and weekly, but also prepare for the race day itself. Here are some tips for running on the big day:
-Pre-race meal: Due your body burns 500 to 1,000 calories per hour, it is important to give your body the nutrients before the marathon. A good meal tends to contain mainly carbohydrate carbon, water, electrolytes and replacements, but some riders prefer a more protein-carbohydrate balanced meal.
-Equipment: marathons The people that are running generally have good, supportive, and slippers. However, do not forget the rest of your running clothes.
