In the first, 345 women were randomized to receive pregnant women who drank an assessment of Alcohol and advice to stop drinking, or assessment, advice and a 10-15 minute session with a nutritionist. Women who received counseling were significantly more likely to report abstinence than women who were merely providing advice and assessment. (5.4 odds ratio)

In the second study, 830 women who were not pregnant, but reproductive age, and drank amounts of risk were randomly assigned to one of the following: alcohol and information on contraceptives only, or information and 5 counseling sessions over 14 weeks. At the end of 9 months, women in the counseling group were less likely to be drinking amounts of alcohol risk group information only.

Providing information is an effective way to educate people about the harmful effects of alcohol, but as the curriculum (31% vs. 46%) required one-to-one or group sessions of interaction with a counselor to support and sustain a person in this difficult battle against alcoholism.

Are you one of the many people who suffer from dizzy spells or dizziness during exercise? Many people seem to suffer of dizzy spells either during or after exercise. If you're one of those people then check the list below to see where you can go wrong:

1. Running on Empty – if you exercise in the morning, perhaps after 10 hours since your last meal, then your body is low in many nutrients and energy necessary to achieve that through their training. If your carbohydrate stores (glycogen) levels are low, then your body will use muscle and fat for energy and this can be a strain on your system. Consider eating muesli, fruit, oats – 1 hour before exercise.

2. Lack of fluids – our balance bodys natural water is very important – as you perspire you lose water and this may Suggestion on the edge. Drink water before, during and after exercise but do not overdo it.

3. Low blood pressure – fast movements standing to lying can cause dizziness in people suffering from low blood pressure. Take your time between transitions or better yet, do all their Permanent exercise and then all floor exercises.

4. Blood pooling – after heavy leg exercises (squats, deadweight) to the blood rushes to your legs, in order to fuel your muscles. Make sure you take time to recover from these exercises and provide an opportunity to blood flowing again. Dont sit, move your feet will help you get back to normal faster.

5. Anemia (iron deficiency) – because it has a lack of red blood cells have less oxygen and so companies can make it harder when exerted to return oxygen back to your brain.

6. Correct breathing – starving your body of oxygen by shallow breathing or holding your breath during exercise is a definite no no. Concentrate on your breathing and not only get you through your workout, but can improve their lung capacity and control your heart rate too.

7. Too much too soon – if you have been away from exercise for a while or are trying to do something new after the impact of your body may cause episodes of dizziness. Remember to take it easy and be progressive. Rome wasn't built in a day!

If after following this advice and still feel concerned by dizzy spells then consult your local GP.

In different parts of the country, real estate investors are struggling to secure financing for their operations. Some money lenders drive has left companies and funds that were no longer readily available. As a matter of fact, hard money lenders who actually still have cash available now require a down payment to use their private money. You have to put more of your money, more credit and have yet to pay up to fourteen percent, most other operating expenses to cover properties. This process has stopped many investors from doing business.

There is a great strategy out there that some investors been adopted due to the scarcity of private money. Found on the web companies that can use private money to double closures. The strategy I mean is using private money to flip short sales and bank REO properties. Although the market is still suffering there "A" credit buyers there that are looking for deals. They are smart to know it's a buyer's market and what they are getting properties with equity that is twenty percent or more below market value.

Using private money can pick up these properties cheaper than the average buyer because you are using money cash. So even if the ultimate purchaser with conventional financing may be able to pick a property that twenty percent below the market that can go in and get by about 40, 50 and in some areas 60 percent below market value as a cash buyer. You can then flip the property to the final purchaser in a double closing transaction that allows you to benefit differentials of 10 to 50% with short sales and REO. The closure is structured as a double "A" to "B" and then "C" to "D" of transactions. The bank is the "A" seller, the investor is the "B" the buyer. This covers the purchase transaction of ownership of the bank. The "C" to "D", a process that the investor is now "C", the seller and buyer final purchase of your property becomes "D". This agreement is structured so that if buyers do not end funding comes through of you who are not attached to the property. This protects you and the private money lender.

When you search the Internet looking for companies offering private money with no upfront costs. Most of these companies are charging up to four percent of the funds before the private money deals. This can be very expensive and eat into their profits. Things to look for are companies that allow you to use private money and charge you one percent more than usual rate ADMIN $ 300 with closing costs to be drawn from their profits at closing. This will allow jobs at once.

Once you've found your source of private financing of money now can begin to make offers to flip short sales. Here is an example of how a short sale Pull with private funds through the double locking strategy will work:
