Serigraph
The screen is made of a cloth tissue (or in other words, a t-shirt) stretched over a frame of aluminum or wood. Some areas of the screen covered with a permeable material to form a template, which is a negative image to be that the operator of the open spaces are where the ink will actually show. The operator begins to fill the bar at the bottom of the screen and behind a reservoir of ink. The printer screen is lifted to avoid contact with the shirt and then using a small amount of downward force pulls the fill bar to the front of the screen. This effectively fills the mesh openings with ink and moves the tank ink on the front of the screen. The operator then uses a squeegee to move the mesh shirt and pushes up the brush at the back of the screen. The ink that is in the mesh opening is transferred by capillary action to the shirt in a controlled manner. As the squeegee moves toward the back of the display of the tension of the mesh pulls the mesh up the shirt off leaving the ink on the t-shirt from the surface.

Direct to garment printing (DTG)

DTG is a fabric printing method that prints an image directly on the shirt through a modified version of an inkjet printer traditional ink. Basically, instead of using a screen and a template to apply ink to the shirt, the ink is printed directly onto the garment. DTG offer more screen printing flexibility in terms of color variation and the course of time.

Heat Transfer Printing
With the heat transfer process, ink is transferred on a paper carrier for the shirt. When heat and pressure is applied to the paper company, the ink is transferred to shirt. One common way this is done is by applying an iron to the transport document for a period of time until the ink appears on the shirt.
