What is more effective exercise, sport or go to a gym?

im trying to understand to stay in shape during my break. I play football, basketball, baseball, almost at least 2 times a week. Do you think going to the gym more effective than equivalent time running around the field?

No, not the same. If you just want gym can provide the same kind of training if you do high reps in all exercises. High Repetitions encourage your muscles in rapid motion. If the heavyweights in place will slow muscles are strong they are good for strength, so it could make a combination of both to training at all. How can I keep my running fitness during the winter months in the snow?

I wonder if there are exercises to do to keep my ability resistance of the leg because I live in a country ISH area so there are no streets to run. There is only a dirt / gravel road and we get a lot snow. Does anyone know what my best option would be to improve or maintain my fitness?

You just have to take a step back and be realize that not completing a marathon and things slow down, do what you can when you can, if you can not do your miles usual, then that is fine, Do what you can. In the days of very bad snow, you can always get a treadmill or stationary bike or simply take it as un''día chosen was'' '. I am in all kinds of weather or not plow roads bc I'll be better able to reach the spring.
