I used to play judo, but I'm worried about injuries – What is another good full competitive sport body workout?
I stopped judo and playing because I'm approaching 30, I think the risk of injury is becoming a little too high. But I always liked the training I received in judo, and their competitive nature and I like to find a good replacement of the sport with fewer injuries. Certainly there must be a martial art. Any suggestions?
