'Welcome to Fast by Design first AA meeting (Armpumpaholic Anonymous). My name is Smitty and I'ma Armpumpaholic. They say the first step to rehabilitation is admitting you have a problem. Well since I am the only one here who will stand up now and say, "I pump arm.
Ugh! Now with that over, lets diagnose the situation. If you're like me and have a concert the day, probably practice around twice a week and on race weekends. Although do everything possible for their bikes, breath steady and avoid the "Death Grip ", you still have arm pump monkey on his back. Well friends I have great news!
