Stretch Athletic
Stretch marks is usually defined as the scarring when the dermis tears under the skin due to rapid skin expansion or growth. The area where the tearing occurs redden over time then takes a color that is silvery to the naked eye. It is these areas that commonly known as silver streaks.

Bodybuilders do go through a lot of mental and physical stress, and this is how we connect the hormones steroids and the formation of stretch marks.
The connection – When released this hormone, the body sends signals, and the body will react in different ways to stress hormones that were released. This brings us to eat more so that we can balance the glucose that is lost when we feel stressed. If this state continues stress, then there is a greater tendency to burn excess body fat much slower. Therefore, weight increase much faster than normal and this may cause numerous striations throughout the body where skin is stretched.
It is essential to get to the root causes of stretch marks that we may be able to counteract the effects or prevent stretch marks from occurring. But others are more careful with skin may take more natural methods to ensure that they do not produce stretch marks. It This is a good diet and proper amount of exercise time.
